Firstly,Incoming Department will check 7determine the quality of it surface condition, type of material of product and number of pieces of product received from customers.Then, the colour of colour code will be comfirmed with customer.Secondly,buffing and grinding department will clean or grinding the surface of the product in order to make sure that the product surface is good. Thirdly,the product will send to degreasing department by using the seven function of chemical tank as show as below.

After all 7 steps of chemical process, product will send to drying in the pre-heat temperature of 70 Celsius to 90 Celsius for 30 minutes. Next, Hanging Department will take place by determin the product using which type of hanger or clips in order to hang tight the product without broken the sureface. The Spray Department will spraying the colour and control the thickness of powder coating in 60-80microns.After sprayed, then product is send directly into oven for baking. The baking time is set to 200 Celsius and 10 minutes as the standard baking time. Next, the product by using few different tests, such as MEK test,Impact Test, Bend test and Cross Cut test.After packing, finished good can be send to our customers.
