I Coating Sdn Bhd Company established in 2003 by the director Mr. Allan Neo. Under his guide company specializes in finishing, assembly, packaging, sealing, problem solving and testing procedures. I Coating has become efficient, reliable partner to our clientele. Our senior staff has more than 10 years of combined industrial and chemical experience. From metal pretreament services to powder coating painting services to testing, stenciling and marking, we had combine technology and resources with elite customer service to deliver a quality result. Until today our company has 8 production line to powder coating metal and aluminium and up to 24 hours non-stop production.
OUR ADVANTAGES
The reduction in air pollution compared to liquid coatings. When powders are cured in an oven they emit no VOCs. There are also more options in terms of finishes, such as fine textured, peeled, matte, semi-gloss, high gloss, etc.
Powder coatings is consistency closely monitored so that each batch is assessed with color computers, visual inspections, mechanical and chemical testing. This ensures that each batch is within a tight tolerance to the original standard on file. This prevents “drift” over time and helps to ensure batch to batch consistency.
The number of colors available is unbelievable. Powder suppliers have in-house labs where they can match powder coating colors to liquid paint or any other color, simply by having a color swatch to match to. And they can do as little as one box (25 kegs) of powder at a time.
